Under the supervision of the Head of Delegation, the Chief of Base is responsible for representing the FIU to the authorities, beneficiaries and partners involved. This position is open to people with the required profile and the selected candidate will have to reside in Batouri by his own means; he is not subjected to relocation. Degree /Level of study: – University degree in management/business/political science/master’s degree related to FIU’s activities. political science/master’s degree related to FIU’s activities – Previous experience in basic management – minimum 2 years ; – Previous project management experience – minimum 1 year – Multi-faceted experience in the humanitarian field, including managing the security of staff, partners security of staff, partners and beneficiaries – minimum 2 years; – Knowledge of the Eastern Region will be an asset.
