As a Deployable Cash & Vouchers Assistance (CVA) Specialist you will provide technical support primarily on CVA feasibility analysis, design, and implementation of CVA initiatives. You will provide monitoring, capacity building, and proposal development support. You will also be required to represent Plan International at Cash Working Group and relevant clusters.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have significant experience in the CVA feasibility analysis, planning, design and implementation of CVA programming in humanitarian contexts. With technical understanding, expertise and passion for CVA and ability to enhance capacity building and representation.
Knowledge of international humanitarian standards and codes of conduct, and extensive understanding of Social Safety Nets/Social protection, Livelihoods and associated methodologies.
Excellent communication skills as well as experience in writing funding submissions and donor reports.
Good working knowledge of key humanitarian donors, for example WFP, USAID, EU, DFAT, CIDA, DFID, ECHO.

Location: Flexible where Plan International has a legal entity and the applicant has the pre-existing right to work. Those locations closest to the point of impact are preferred.
