We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Abuja / Lagos

Minimum Requirements

  • A relevant Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, Development Studies, or relevant field required. MBA or other relevant Master’s Degree preferred; PhD/doctorate is ideal.
  • At least twelve (12) years professional experience, with at least seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in design and implementation of interventions regarding improving PFM. Previous experience designing and using Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) framework preferred.
  • Previous successful experience in working for or with government counterparts and/or community organizations to improve PFM, including taxation and fiscal decentralization.
  • Demonstrated effective training, capacity building and coaching skills; networking and interpersonal skills; creative problem solving; conflict resolution and ethical management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in integrating gender into PFM activities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluency in English language.
  • Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Microsoft Office).

3.) Expert – Ending Nigeria Ocean Plastics Pollution (ENOPP) Activity

Location: Lagos

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant subject matter, such as Environmental Management, Waste Management and Recycling, Engineering, Management / Administration, Statistics, Economics, Urban Planning, Environmental Policy or other related fields.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in the solid waste and recycling industry including design, planning, and operations/management or collaboration with community-based organizations.
  • Experience developing and implementing solid waste management strategies, mainly focused on ocean plastics, MRF design and operation, with international development programs, non-governmental organizations, or the private sector.
  • Knowledge of the formal and informal waste collection and recycling sectors.
  • Excellent knowledge of different virgin and non-virgin plastic resins; commodity trading and knowledge of the different HS codes for various recyclable materials.

5.) Public Financial Management (PFM) Advisor – Consultancy

Location: Bauchi andRemote

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Political Science, Social Sciences, Law, Finance/Accounting, and Development Studies. Master’s is preferred.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in PFM activities, with previous experience in the successful implementation of international development activities.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience managing teams.
  • Experience with USAID programs is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience working in Nigeria is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
