Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and manage projects in ways that promote the company’s culture. You will also oversee operations.
- The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.
- They will also be digitally savvy, develop efficient strategies and tactics, have great organization and effective communication skills, and are able to identify and engage potential partners/donors.
- The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

Responsibilities
- Provides leadership for Inspire Africa including:
- Oversees the entrepreneurship and workforce programs
- Recruiting and communicating with participants, speakers, partners, e.t.c.
- Gathering and synthesizing fellows feedback; planning and implementing orientation; mentoring students in one-on-one meetings
- Collaboratively recruitment to Inspire Africa programs
- Direct supervisor to a team of two staff or more
- Manages details of curricular planning with faculty and trainers
- Administers the program budget
- Coordinates with partners
- Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for a given project
- Ensure high-quality work is produced
- Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program
- Facilitate communication between relevant teams
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in program management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
