The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.

Tender purpose:
NRC Middle East Regional Office in Amman, Jordan, is soliciting bids for “Better Learning Programme – Capacity Building Package Consultancy”.

The BLP Capacity Building Package aims to guide and provide practical tools to BLP experts such as the GBU, the regional BLP Capacity Building Managers, the BLP Master Trainers and the BLP Champions in order to plan and implement consistent capacity building in line with the BLP Guidance Kit and NRC internal standards.

The GBU is seeking an experienced and dynamic consultant or company to support the design and refining of the below packages, Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs “Annex 2 TOR”.

Deadline for tender:
The complete tender dossier in the English language can be downloaded by attached documents. and before the deadline: 15 March 2022 – 23:59 (Amman, Jordan local time).

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to mero.logistics@nrc.no at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
