Our impact grows when our client partnerships grow. To grow our scale and reach, we need to optimise our communications and marketing work, reaching more relevant audiences. For that, we need the best data possible. That’s where you come in.
How you will help
You measure, report and present the effectiveness of our digital communication and thought leadership every month. On a weekly basis, you give detailed feedback to the MzN Engagement team helping them optimize their content, campaigns and communications.
You are the report card, holding us accountable to deliver excellence. You help us constantly improve.
Later this year, you will expand to do this directly for our charity, United Nations and non-profit clients too, reporting on their fundraising and advocacy campaigns and suggesting ways to continuously improve.
What are your responsibilities?
- Decide and measure the right metrics! After understanding our buyers and promoters persona (and in a few weeks our charities donors persona), you set the right metrics and measure them every weekly.
- Manage and report digital comms analytics. Measure our websites, landing pages, paid campaigns and content (blogs, podcast and webinars) views, interactions, engagements, and lead generation. Analyse key words and metrics and provide tips for constantly improving them and driving forward our paid campaigns, SEO, website and landing pages user experience, targeting for better results every month. Report them weekly in line with our Objective & Key Results. Give clear instructions how to improve them to the team.
- Analyse and report on our CRM and contacts use. Provide important analysis on our existing contacts by segmenting and managing our CRM data base to an ever better extent. Help us engage and bring our clients and contacts to our content (events, blogs and podcasts).
- Watch the competition and market. Inform the team about trending key words, campaigns and leading communications by market participants and competitors.
- Never Settle! Continuously improve our personalised communication to contacts and events. Never settle!
Requirements:
- Motivation and drive are key!
- Expert knowledge in web inbound marketing analytics
- Excellent communication and strategic marketing skills to engage, encourage and empower the team.
- Expert in campaign design (strategic and targeting) on Google Ad words and LinkedIn.
- Expert analytical skills in CRM and contact databases and setting up the right metrics in our CRM work (net Promoter score, interactions score, etc)
- Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed
- Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and ability to work independently
- Possesses a sense of urgency, is self-motivated and detail-minded
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
- Good verbal presentation, group dynamic, and facilitation skills
- Proactive approach in resolving problems and issue
